You build your waiver text once, with the legal language your insurer or your state requires. Clients open the form on a phone or tablet (or your iPad at the front desk), read it, sign with their finger, type their name, and submit. The signed waiver gets stored as a PDF with a timestamp, the IP it was submitted from, and the signature image embedded. You can search by name, by date, or by waiver template. You can hand any signed copy to your lawyer or your insurer in seconds because it's all on your machine.
Waiver is not a substitute for actual legal review. The text in your waiver is whatever you write — Stockyard does not provide templates and does not give legal advice. Your insurer or your state may require specific language, and that part is on you. Waiver also doesn't do witness e-signatures, multi-party contracts, or notarization. If you need DocuSign-style multi-party signing flows, use DocuSign. Waiver is for the simple case: one client, one form, one signature, one local PDF you can produce on demand.
